What is the payment method for the ready (virtual) office contract?
Payments are made in cash, by eft, money order or credit card. Monthly or annual payment is possible.
Do I pay a deposit and setup fee?
There are no 'deposit' setup fees and other additional costs.
Home office or virtual office more advantageous?
Although the cost of home office seems less, virtual office is more advantageous due to tax advantage. Serviced offices provide professionalism in terms of efficiency and institutionalism.

Will I pay rent withholding?
Since your company will be invoiced under the serviced office contract, you will be exempt from rental withholding. You can deduct 18% of this invoice from VAT and 20% from tax.
When are virtual office services activated?
After the contract is signed, your cargo and secretarial services begin. Your legal addressing service starts after inspection by the tax office.
Do I need to get a business license?
No, you don't need a business license. When you rent an individual office, the need for a license arises. Since our office has a license, you cannot get a license no matter which Virtual, Shared or Private office you use.
Can we use an office in your virtual office suite?
You do not have a private office for your company, but you can use our office by hourly or daily rental when you nedd it. In this way, you can only pay for the days you need and save.
What is the duration of the ready office contract?
We have two separate contract periods of 6 months and 1 year (12 months). And this period can be extended due to the terms of the contract. You can continue your activities in a flexible way. You can terminate your contract at any time by giving a minimum of 1 month notice.
What is a virtual office service and is it legal?
In our country, we need to provide a fixed address for the establishment of the company. Whether this address is the classic office we rented or the address of our virtual office, whether it is our home or not, there is nothing changing. It is sufficient to have an address that can make notifications in terms of tax office and finance. Turkey's virtual office is legal within the law.
How are our visitors received?
Even if you have your own private office, you don't need to be in your office all the time. If you have an unannounced guest, we will call and inform you immediately. If you are available and will come, we will welcome your guest in the meeting room until you arrive. If you cannot come, we will let you know that you are out of the office. We offer your visitor a drink.
Can we use our existing phone line?
A special number 0850 - 0242 - 0212 - 0312 - 0216 - 0232 is assigned to your name and your calls are met with your company name accompanied by a virtual secretary and answered by an experienced real secretary.
Will we have a legal address and tax office?
Regardless of which tax office our offices are affiliated with, it will be your new tax office. Your tax number will not change. When the tax office changes, there is no extra difficulty in the process. You only need to have 1 more document notarized. Are there problems with tax autiding in your virtual office service?
Our firms working virtually within our organization have not had any problems with tax auditing so far.
